How to find your KONUS guest card

Attractions in Triberg
With the KONUS guest card you can visit attractions in Triberg for free – including the famous Triberg waterfalls! For questions about the KONUS card or local attractions, visit the Triberg tourist information: Hauptstraße 10, 78098 Triberg. It's within easy walking distance of the apartment.
Public transport
Use all public buses and regional trains in the Black Forest for free. Ideal for relaxed excursions without a car.

After tearing off the KONUS guest card, please leave the rest of the registration form on the desk.
Visitor's tax & guest card
You pay the visitor's tax conveniently on site (QR code or payment link) and it is passed on to the town of Triberg. In return you receive the KONUS guest card with numerous benefits.

What is the KONUS guest card?
The KONUS guest card is the Black Forest guest card. Overnight guests in Triberg use it to travel free on buses and regional trains across the Black Forest during their stay and get free entry to the Triberg Waterfalls.
Which transport is free with the KONUS card?
All buses and regional trains (2nd class) in the KONUS area of the Black Forest, for example the Black Forest Railway from Triberg. Long-distance trains such as ICE and IC are not included.
Is entry to the Triberg Waterfalls free with the KONUS card?
Yes. With the KONUS guest card from the Auszeit holiday apartment you visit the Triberg Waterfalls for free. The entrance is about a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
How do I get the KONUS guest card at the Auszeit apartment?
It is waiting for you on arrival: on the back of the registration form on the kitchen desk. Fill in the form, tear off the card and take it with you.
Does the KONUS guest card cost extra?
No. The card is included in the visitor's tax (€4.50 per person per night from age 16, €2.50 for children aged 6–15), which you pay on site via QR code or payment link. Children under 6 are exempt.
Can I do day trips without a car with the KONUS card?
Yes. Villingen-Schwenningen, Freiburg, Lake Titisee or Schluchsee are all reachable for free by bus and train – perfect for a car-free holiday.
