Collection and processing of personal data

Personal data is only collected when you voluntarily provide it to us via the contact form or by email. The data collected (e.g. name, email address, message text) is used exclusively to answer your enquiry and to process your booking.

Your data will only be shared with third parties if this is necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations (e.g. with Airbnb for bookings via their platform) or if we are legally required to do so.

Cookies and consent

Technically necessary cookies are required to operate this website and are set without consent. Analytics cookies are only set if you explicitly agree in the cookie notice. We do not use advertising cookies.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It helps us understand how the site is used (e.g. pages viewed, time on page, approximate region) so we can improve our content and offer.

Google Analytics is only loaded and activated after you have consented to analytics in the cookie notice. Without consent no analysis takes place (Google Consent Mode, set to "denied"). Your IP address is processed in truncated form (IP anonymisation).

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting this website's cookies or local storage in your browser; the cookie notice will then reappear so you can choose again.

Server log files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.

Storage duration

Your personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the respective processing purposes or as required by legal retention obligations. Enquiries via the contact form are deleted after they've been answered, unless further communication follows.
