Check-in is from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am at the latest. If you'd like to arrive earlier or leave later, just contact us – we'll try to find a solution when bookings allow.
Before your arrival you'll receive detailed instructions by email with the access code for the key box at the front door. Arrive flexibly – no waiting.
Yes, there are usually plenty of free parking spots directly on the street in front of the building. If nothing is free, we'll gladly point you to another free spot nearby.
Unfortunately pets are not allowed out of consideration for guests with allergies. For questions about assistance animals, please contact us directly.
No, the entire apartment is a non-smoking zone. An ashtray is provided on the balcony.
The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi (approx. 100 Mbit/s). Ideal for home office, video calls or streaming.
Yes, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking: oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (pods), kettle, toaster, microwave and pots, pans and dishes.
Yes, a cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge on request. Please let us know when booking.
If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you'll receive a full refund. For later cancellations we retain 50% of the total amount as a cancellation fee. Details are in your booking confirmation.
Final cleaning is included in the booking. The apartment is professionally cleaned before you arrive. On check-out we ask you to start the dishwasher and dispose of the rubbish.
The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests: a double bed in bedroom 1, two single beds in bedroom 2 and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
Yes, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. A drying rack is also available.
You'll find shower gel, soap, shampoo and fresh towels – everything is ready for you.
No, beds are freshly made before your arrival and towels are provided. You don't need to bring anything.
The KONUS guest card is included in your booking (visitor's tax). After arrival, please fill in the registration form in the kitchen – the card is on the back. It lets you visit the Triberg waterfalls for free and use public buses and regional trains throughout the Black Forest. More details on our KONUS card page.
